What We Do?

Our Top Rated Services

At Millband, we agree that everyone needs a functionally designed & comfortable bathroom and laundry area. But not everyone has the same needs when it comes to their bathroom and laundry features. Here are our services to ensure a renovation that will suit the specific needs of you and your family.

Visit to your home

We take the time to assess your bathroom and laundry area, listen to your ideas & requirements & advise on what will work best for your space.

Detailed quote

After a thorough assessment we will email a detailed written quote for the complete renovation.

Supply of bathroom items

We can supply as many or as few fixtures you wish for your renovations. You can discuss with us which items to prioritize in your budget so that it can reflected in the quote.

Demolition

Like any other renovation, you have to get ugly before it gets better. The demolition process produces noise, vibration & dust. We take pride in providing a professional service with extra care taken in your home to minimise disruption throughout.

Tile preparation

This involves patching or fully rendering the walls where required to ensure all walls are ready for the installation of tiles.

Waterproofing

Our waterproofing forms part of the protective layer & will protect elements behind your walls and other wall fixtures subject to moisture.

Installation of fixtures

After thoroughly discussing your design and function preferences, we will see to it that all your permanent bathroom fixtures are installed safely and properly. These include vanities, shelves and storage, accessories, mirrors, shower enclosures, lighting, bathroom speakers, among others.

Tiling

Before installing we plan the layout of the tiles with precision to ensure no unsightly cuts are used.

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Paul and Claire recently completed our bathroom and Laundry renovation in Mullaloo. Both were completed to extremely high standards and the finished product is amazing. Paul’s attention to detail especially with the tiling was next level.
From planning, execution to the finish was a seamless process and communicated very well along the way.
Thanks again Paul and Claire for the excellent work, advice and communication

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Paul and Claire were fantastic to deal with. They started on time, finished on time, kept us well informed and did an AMAZING job. Having Millband & Sons coordinate everything made the process run smoothly. They gave us helpful suggestions that really improved the final build. The work quality was great (Charlie and Daniel were brilliant to deal with as well) and they cleaned up every day. We have a 2 year of daughter and having the house tidy and dust free made the process so much more manageable. Can’t recommend them enough.
